Ladder has several bent rungs discovered during climb between lower and middle sections. Appears that something had 'dropped' onto them from above. The ladder safety system (LSS) cable rubs against the bottom and third doors. To correct this, the cable guides should be re-spaced to properly posistion the cable away from the doors.
